In the Colombian textile industry there are two manufacturing models for clients who want to launch their own brand: partial manufacturing (CMT) and the full package. Understanding the difference is essential to choosing the right model for your business.
For most new and international brands, the full package is the most efficient option. It removes the complexity of coordinating multiple suppliers and significantly reduces turnaround times.
