Gives full leg compression, useful when liposuction or lipo 360 extends down to the calf.

Why this block and not just any Colombian shapewear
It does not compress the hips or the buttocks. The whole block is optimised for surgery: the classic problem with Colombian shapewear is that it either squeezes the fat-graft area or fails to compress the abdomen enough, and ends up creating folds during recovery.
