Anatomical design with a drain pocket

A proprietary development that solves the real problem of the immediate post-operative period: drains stay held inside the garment, without hanging or pulling on the suture.

How to read this table. The values for phases 1 and 2 are clinical reference ranges for the category, not a certified measurement of each reference: real interface pressure depends on size, on the patient's contour and on wear time. The 18–23 mmHg of the anti-embolism line is measured, certified graduated compression on a product holding a current health registration. For private label developments we provide the technical data sheet of each reference with composition, weight and elongation range.

Durations used in practice, worth reflecting in your clinic's leaflet: liposuction ≈ 12 weeks · lipo 360 and BBL ≈ 12 to 16 weeks · abdominoplasty a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks of continuous wear. In every case the time and the garment are defined by the treating surgeon.

How we work

There is no sample development fee here: samples are ordered, under the same conditions as the rest of licsymanufacturing.com. You add the references you are interested in to the sample cart, you receive them, and once you approve them production starts.

Receive and approve

The physical samples reach you. Your surgeon validates block, compression and finishes on the real product.

30 days of production

Once samples are approved the order goes into production: manufacturing, quality control, labelling and sanitizing protocol.

What is the difference between a Stage 1 and a Stage 2 garment?

Stage 1 is worn from day one through week three: it has a front and perineal zipper so it can be put on a patient in pain without effort, an adjustable shoulder and an anatomical drain pocket. Stage 2 is worn from week three to month three — on medical advice it may extend to the sixth: it applies firmer compression, adds hook-and-eye adjustment to follow the reduction of oedema and is designed to be worn under clothing.

Do the prices already include my clinic's brand?

Yes, and there is no extra charge for branding. It covers the woven label, hangtag, usage leaflet with your protocol and custom packaging. Many clinics include the garment in the surgical package they hand to the patient.

What is the minimum order quantity?

126 units per reference. You can combine several different references in the same order, each with its own 126-unit minimum.

What is the drain pocket and which garments have it?

It is an internal anatomical pocket that holds surgical drains so they do not hang or pull on the suture. It is built into Stage 1 and Stage 2 garments, in both the with-bra and no-bra versions. It is a proprietary design of our line and one of the reasons surgeons ask for it by name.

What is the sanitized surgical polypropylene pouch?

It is an individual pack we developed ourselves. The garment leaves the factory under a sanitizing protocol and arrives sealed in surgical polypropylene, so it can be fitted on the patient directly in the recovery room, with no prior washing and no intermediate handling.

Are the compression stockings registered as a medical device?

Yes. The graduated compression stockings in the line hold a current INVIMA health registration as a medical device, with certified graduated compression in classes I and II (from 8–15 mmHg up to 20–30 mmHg, and 18–23 mmHg in the anti-embolism line).

How long does development and production take?

Around 30 days of development with a sample and another 30 days of production. Replenishing references already developed is considerably faster — that is one of our strengths with clinics operating every week.

What sizes do you produce?

Garments from XXS to 5XL and stockings from S to XL. We develop special sizing for post-bariatric patients and specific blocks if your surgeon requires them.

Do you export?

Yes. We work with clinics in 17 countries under DDP terms — delivered duty paid — and hold a warehouse in New Jersey for the North American market.
