High-waist compression shorts reaching mid-thigh, for the first recovery stage after abdomen-flank-waist-hip-glute liposuction, lipo 360, BBL (buttock lipotransfer) and tummy tuck. The slide-adjustable strap hardware regulates compression independently from the waistband and keeps the garment from sliding down with movement, and the three-row hook panel lets you graduate the compression through up to three sizes as the oedema subsides, without buying a new garment for each stage. Used as a complement to the arm and back compression top in combined surgeries.

Why this block and not just any Colombian shapewear
It does not compress the hips or the buttocks. The whole block is optimised for surgery: the classic problem with Colombian shapewear is that it either squeezes the fat-graft area or fails to compress the abdomen enough, and ends up creating folds during recovery.
