The 126 units are split across up to 3 references (42 per reference), distributed across sizes with a minimum of 6 per size. You have total flexibility to build your first collection without committing to a single style. You can mix shapewear, activewear and bodysuits in the same order.
You don't need a prior design. Our in-house team of fashion designers and patternmakers develops your product from scratch based on your idea, visual reference or brief. That's exactly what the ~$1,000,000 COP (~USD 300) development fee includes. That fee only applies when we design or pattern a new or modified product — if you choose a catalog reference as-is, there is no development fee.
No. The development fee covers the exclusive design, patternmaking, grading, material selection, cost engineering, physical sample and 3 correction rounds. Production is quoted separately once the sample is approved — and you only pay the wholesale product value under your brand.
Development takes 30 business days up to delivery of the first sample. Each correction round adds 15 additional days. Production takes 30 days from the deposit. In total, with no corrections, that's 30 days of development + 30 days of production. If your product is already developed, manufacturing takes 30 business days.
Yes, absolutely, and at no extra cost. Branding is already included in the price: logo on the outer packaging, internal woven label and custom hangtag. The outer packaging is a polypropylene bag with a hook + a branded cardboard insert with your logo and the reference image. Our in-house graphic design and lithography team produces everything — you don't need to hire anyone externally.
The sample price is the same as the production price and is credited toward your order. Sample-kit shipping costs US$99 to the Americas and US$175 to Europe (up to 12 samples), with FedEx transit of 4 business days to the Americas and 6–7 days to Europe. We dispatch the sample within 8 business days.
We adjust the pattern with you using the samples before producing, so the fit matches your market. We work with measurement charts in cm for each line.
We export to 17 countries with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) logistics: we handle origin customs, international transport, destination customs and door-to-door delivery. We also operate our own warehouse in New Jersey, USA for dispatch within 1–3 days across the entire U.S. territory. Ideal for Amazon FBA and Shopify.
The Target Cost is the maximum production price the client can pay for their product to be profitable in their market. You define it at the start of development and our team applies cost engineering — adjusting materials, processes and suppliers — to reach it in real production.
Yes, through Laboratorios Tecnolabs, our own laboratory registered with INVIMA Colombia and FDA USA. We develop and manufacture more than 400 skincare, haircare and body-care formulations under your brand from 126 units. You can combine textiles and cosmetics in the same order.
