Zone-placed foam: it is positioned where the garment cannot press evenly, such as flanks, lower abdomen, upper back, arms, inner thighs and under the bust. Unlike the T360, which wraps the whole torso, this one works isolated spots. It is the most expensive foam in the catalogue. Polyurethane foam, 280 gsm.

Why this block and not just any Colombian shapewear
It does not compress the hips or the buttocks. The whole block is optimised for surgery: the classic problem with Colombian shapewear is that it either squeezes the fat-graft area or fails to compress the abdomen enough, and ends up creating folds during recovery.
