This is the ceiling of abdominal reinforcement in the mid-thigh family and, at USD 37.70, also the most expensive reference in the whole post-surgical line. Same block as the NAL70504, with the highest reinforcement in the family: it is ordered when what matters is maximum reinforcement rather than fabric softness. Made in powernet with an inner polyamide and elastane knit.

The 126-unit minimum does not have to be a single reference: you can mix as many catalogue references as you like, and what counts towards the discount is the order total. We only ask for a minimum of 6 units per size, in multiples of 6.

Why this block and not just any Colombian shapewear
It does not compress the hips or the buttocks. The whole block is optimised for surgery: the classic problem with Colombian shapewear is that it either squeezes the fat-graft area or fails to compress the abdomen enough, and ends up creating folds during recovery.
